About Selrap

Selrap was started in 2001 by a like-minded group with the intention of re-opening the 12 mile stretch of line from Skipton to Colne.

We have now grown to be one of the most influential rail campaigning groups in the country with over 500 individual members and affiliates.

The Executive committee brings with it a wealth of experience.

This comes from such diverse areas as the rail industry, heavy industry, Information Technology, the legal world and the political sphere.

We are absolutely dedicated to getting the project from an idea 20 years ago to the reality of a 21st century transport success.
