Two Memorial Events Remembering Derek Jennings

Saturday Sat 26th April 2025, starting at noon 

Unveiling of:

1.     Memorial Plaque (Colne station)

2.     Commemorative Bench (Brierfield station)

The timeline for the two events at Colne and Brierfield stations is as follows:

·        12noon - 12.30 pm

·        Dedication and Unveiling of the Plaque at Colne.

·        12.30pm to 1.40pm

·        Gather at nearby Crown Hotel, Colne, simply to chat over lunch.

·        1.50pm 

·        Catch the train from Colne to Brierfield.

·        2pm - 2.30pm

·        Unveiling of the Bench at Brierfield station.

All those who knew Derek over his very long life

– friends, local resident’s members of SELRAP etc -

are all welcome to attend either or both events
